2014 Team Update

1st Mar 14

There have been a number of changes at IVT this year to the team.  Find out more here.

Last year we farewelled Neil Evenden who was a valued staff member and a key contributor to the development of our product, Association Online.  After seven years with IVT, Neil has joined forces with his nephew Nick Dubé from Dubé Creative who provide design services to IVT.   We wish Neil the very best for the future, and look forward to a continued relationship with him.

Ann Oxer is now the General Manager at IVT.  Ann has been one of the owners of IVT from its inception, and some customers will already know Ann.  Over her 16 years with IVT, Ann has worked in many areas of the business.  With Neil’s departure, Ann has increased her hands-on involvement at IVT.

Other changes to the IVT team have been:

  • David Purdue, our Support Services Manager who is kept busy looking after our infrastructure and the helpful Helpdesk team.  David has had a busy year: on top of getting up-to-speed with all of IVT’s systems, he has sold and relocated his home - he loves us so much he had to live close by!
  • Maddie Swincer, our vibrant Office Administrator and finance whizz joined us during the year. Amongst her many talents, Maddie handles invoicing and is typically the person you’ll talk to if you have any questions related to invoices.

It’s also been a year for welcoming another generation to the extended IVT family.  Antoine and Sarah Osanz had baby Hugo late last year.  This was  a wonderful first Christmas for the new parents. And Melanie Franklin had her baby boy any day on the last day of 2013!  For those of you who haven’t met Melanie yet, she and Shona Barton are two of our deployment project managers who joined us earlier this year.

Peter and Laura Serwylo married late in 2013.  Peter is arguably best known for his work on the manage duplicates features of Association Online.
