What webinars would you like to see in 2014?
Our first webinar Making Managed Duplicates Work for You was well received, clearly demonstrating that webinars are an effective tool for passing on tips and training. Feedback from the User Group Meetings identified that webinars are best scheduled prior to November, which led to the decision to postpone the Why RSS is Your Friend session. We will be publishing a Webinar Calendar early in 2014 to so that you can plan to participate in the webinars that interest you.
The webinars will cover a range of topics designed to assist you to get the most out of your system. We are currently exploring software options for this program, including making recordings of the webinar sessions available for playback after the original event.
We’ll also be looking at a schedule for online training sessions using a similar format and technology to assist you with refresher training for new staff members. Currently we offer customised refresher training which can be arranged for introducing your new staff members to your IVT software, however this can be an expensive option if you only have one new employee. Booking new staff members into generic, cross-client training sessions can be a more cost effective option for upskilling new staff, and an alternative to having a personalised training session.
