Capture who’s downloading your files

We regularly update functionality within our web applications and you receive them automatically, it’s all part of the service!
Many clients use the Document Manager. This allows files to be easily shared, stored and managed both internally and externally, subject to the security you set.
Recently, we added a “Sign-Up” feature to the download functionality. This allows you to request sign-up before external people can view a file that you’ve published to your website.
Your website will notify you with the contact details when someone downloads the file. This allows you to start marketing to them immediately. The system also allows you to report on all contacts that have downloaded particular files, so you can target market based on their interests.
