Training format is usually online; you will have the opportunity to ask questions as you observe the ASI trainer explain and demonstrate functionality. To get maximum benefit from training, participants should schedule time after the sessions to apply what they have learned; most standard modules have activity sheets to assist with this.

Training can be held face-to-face either at the clients site or at ASI as negotiated; longer training sessions that allow for practice opportunities / activities within the training sessions can also be negotiated if desired.

Training Manuals are available for Standard Modules, and most Plugin Modules; on screen help / instructions are available via the admin interface.

NB: *- Indicative timing dependent on aptitude of trainees; additional training time and/or sessions may be required.
