To ensure that the site ASI meets the requirements of your organisation, a site map needs to be documented and signed off.
Start by Providing
- Calls to Action
- Main navigation items
- Footer/Secondary navigation items
- Any other content sections
Once received, ASI will provide you with an indicative site map reflecting the above, and any additional items signed off in your purchase agreement.
It's now up to you to double check all the information in the site map.
Verify/Update
- Calls to Action
- Primary Navigation includes all required sections
- Secondary Navigation includes all required sections
- Any links between sections are indicated
- Linked sections include all required sections and options purchased
Note that categories inside sections don't need to be 100% accurate. So long as all the required sections (in bold) are included, categories and sub categories can be created by you later on.
Once completed, email the site map back to ASI to be checked.
