Events

The Event Module helps you to manage your events with automated functionality. It has everything you need to create your event, send automated event-related emails, and produce various admin documents such as attendance sheets, seating arrangements, and name tags.

The Event Management Manual is a comprehensive guide to managing your event; in addition to showing you how to create an event, it covers your customisation options.

The Event module allows you to:

  • Setup and create your event details for publishing on your website
  • Apply pricing specific to members/non-members
  • Register an individual in the Front and Back End of the system
  • Register a group or make a table booking
  • Cancel a registration
  • Allocate seating.
  • Print documents such as: Seating Plan, Name Tags, Attendance Sheets.
  • Export data from the Registrations Tab.
  • Manually update the attendance details regarding who did and did not attend.
  • Send post-event feedback emails.
