Create a Marketing Message

The Marketing Module empowers you to create various marketing campaigns integrated with the Contact Database - you can identify specific groups of people for targeted marketing.

Create single email messages or more complex online newsletters using the familiar WYSIWYG Editor.

The Marketing module allows you to:

  • Use a template to modify for each marketing campaign that you run
  • Create a multiple article newsletter or a single email message
  • Write brief teaser comments which displays in a list of articles, each with an automatic read more link. When clicked on, the read more link opens up a web page in a new tab of the browser
  • Disable / Enable the read more link
  • Select a recipient list
  • Send a test email
  • Schedule the message to be sent now or at a later date and time
  • View the email log specific to a particular marketing message
  • View the email log for the module
  • View a list of the most popular links clicked on in a marketing message

Create a News Article

News articles are another marketing tool you can use to raise the profile of your association, add value to your members, and generate traffic to your website.

The News Module is normally accessed as a menu item under the Marketing section of the Top Level Navigation bar (in the back end).

News Articles on the Front end

Typically, the three most recent published News articles display as links on the home page; this number varies based on your site design. The article links on the home page are replaced when additional news articles are created.

The News module allows you to:

  • Use the functions in the News List
  • Add a news article
  • Add images and attachments to the news article
  • Set the publish start date
  • View publishing data.

Create a Page of RSS Feed Links

The RSS Feed Reader allows you to gather feed links from relevant websites and display them on an RSS Feeds page on your website.

The RSS Feeds page adds value to your members, providing a one-stop-shop of current headlines affecting the industry; it also adds content and interest to your site content for a minimal time investment.

The RSS module allows you to:

  • Add Feed Link Categories
  • Add Feed Links to the Categories
  • Activate the Scheduled Task to display RSS Feed links.

Subscription Manager

Subscription Manager allows you to set up multiple subscription options for more flexibility for your members. It is an optional feature that can be installed on your site for free.

With Subscription Manager administrators can:

  • Create or edit subscription options
  • View a user's subscription selections
  • Create mandatory subscriptions as a membership benefit
  • Select relevant subscriptions for marketing messages

User's can:

  • Manage their subscription selections in online forms
  • Manage their subscription selections from eMarketing messages.
