Welcome to our new look, Newsletter.

We all need to update our websites from time to time and now its our turn! Apart from looking quite different, and hopefully an improvement, we've made a conscious effort to present who we are - with photos and staff details - and in a less formal style. We've also added more product content, testimonials and added to our client list.

Internet Vision Technologies is a long business name, and we adopted the nickname IVT years ago, so the new website has a new 'IVT' logo. Send us your feedback on the new site, we'd love to hear from you at news@ivt.com.au

This month we'd like to share what we've been up to (our Planning Day), what's on the horizon (industry events) and our news (new staff and new clients).

IVT Launches a New Website

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new website.

Much planning and design work has gone into this project. Your feedback and input have contributed to helping us shape a site that reflects the personality of our business and our product offering.

Specialising in association and not-for-profit websites challenges us to ensure that our own website demonstrates contemporary design and function.

IVT Product Planning Day

Early in February the entire IVT team gathered on a stinking hot day in Melbourne to revisit plans for our Association Online and Nonprofit Online products and their underlying technologies.

The planning process included working in small groups during January to examine key modules, infrastructure and emerging trends, then reporting recommendations at the planning day.

WELCOME NEW IVT TEAM MEMBERS

Shona Barton and Melanie Franklin are our new Product Deployment Coordinators, assisting clients with their journey to an integrated online system.

Both Melanie and Shona have been clients of IVT: Melanie at Caleb Ministries and Shona at Parks and Leisure Australia, so they bring experience and empathy to their roles.

Project: Nonprofit Online Lite

I can't tell you how wonderful it is to have our new website up and running (thank you for your help this morning, Antoine!).

While there is much more for me to learn and do (sorry, my questions will not end here!), the guts of it is up and running, and I just wanted to thank you all.

Product Support Engineer

Jeffery Fernandez adds depth to the helpdesk in his new role as Product Support Engineer.

He may not be well known to IVT clients, but Jeffery has been with IVT for over 7 years. As an experienced developer, Jeffery has worked on all current modules; having previously developed custom systems like the National Pet Registry to Lost Dogs Home.

The role of Product Support Engineer was created to improve responsiveness and provide expert resources for IVT's growing client base. In accepting this challenge, Jeffery brings his passion for quality and extensive knowledge of JIRA (the software that runs helpdesk.ivt.com.au). Look out for his comments and assistance as you use the helpdesk!
